Whether you are looking to complete your first parkrun or looking to get back to peak athletic performance, as a Sports Physiotherapist, Liam has the skill set and experience to safely and swiftly get you back to doing what you love. Liam brings a range of experience across elite sports and his big clinical passion now lies in running and cycling injuries. Liam is the only Physiotherapist to be Bronze level accredited with the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sport and Exercise Medicine and is currently working towards Gold, the highest level.
Easily accessible from Romsey, Winchester and Chandlers Ford our facilities are second to none, a performance environment to get you back into sport and exercise.

Initial Assessment £80
Allow 60 minutes. An initial assessment is our first contact. We take a detailed injury history, training load and goals which is followed by the physical assessment and a tailored treatment and rehabilitation plan is devised.

Marathon Support Package
Have you signed up for a marathon or a half marathon
Previously been plagued with injury and not allowed you to perform at your best?
Chasing a new PB?
Maybe it’s your first marathon and want to simply complete it?
If this sounds like you then I can help make your next/first marathon the best yet. Often the biggest challenge is just getting to the start line, so why not take a high performance approach and have the support of a #sportsphysio to guide you through this journey.
Package includes:
– A detailed initial appointment where we get to know you! Take the time to understand your injury history (or lack of if you are lucky) current training program, current strength program and assess your mobility in key muscle groups. We then complete a strength profile from your trunk to your toes to find out any areas we can work on to optimise your performance.
– You will then get an individualised exercise program to work on to based on what we find in the first part of the assessment.
– You then have the flexibility to tailor 3 x session as you see fit. They could be used as rehabilitation session to get on top of your injury or could be proactive and use the session to build on any strength deficits or work on your single leg control. You could also use them for sports massage to help your recovery.
– We will also use all the info that we have found out about you to consider how we need to individualise your training program. How can we train optimally for you and your needs?
– Finally, if you join this package then you will be entitled to 15% off future session until you complete your marathon!
